1. Clients must schedule appointments at least 48 hours in advance to ensure availability.

2. Payment is due upon receipt of the final images. We accept all major credit cards.

3. Matterport tours will be locked after the home is sold or after 2 months. This is the same for the photos sent, so make sure to download the photos. If you ever need to access these resources again please contact us.

4. The Virtual Living retains the rights to all images produced.

5. Clients are responsible for preparing the property for the shoot. This includes cleaning and staging as needed.

6. We strive to deliver edited photos within 48 hours. Rush services are available for an additional fee.

7. Weather conditions may impact scheduling. We will inform clients as soon as possible if rescheduling is necessary.

8. Client feedback is welcome.
